In this single dad's line of work I spend a considerable amount of time looking out the windshield of my car.  I put about 500 - 1000 miles per week on my car and spend at least four days on the road.  I see my share of accidents and spend tons of time stuck in traffic.  Believe me, I get it.  People are generally stupid and cannot control themselves when it comes to gawking at even the slightest accident on the side of the road.

As my life goes it never fails that when I am in a hurry the world slows down and the general public loses what small sense of courtesy or sensibility it may have had.  Case in point, the other day I ran into Albertson’s with six items in mind and a 20 minute time limit.  My mission was simple; pick up margarine, Splenda, grapes, cherries, oranges and some frozen waffles for the boys.  Grab those six things and then beat feet.  No problem, right?  Foolish me....

Recently I took my boys out to eat at a place I am sure many of you are familiar with, Dave & Busters.  Outside of the fact that dinner, drinks and games for me and my boys runs upwards of $200 in this place, the food is decent and there are tons of TV's.  Dave & Busters provides me the opportunity to watch sports, have a few beers and allows my boys to run around like heathens in a place where such behavior is relatively acceptable.

In a concerned effort to help all of my male brethren who are in committed relationships and have fallen prey to one of the many questions women don’t really want truthful answers to, I have compiled a list of 'trap questions' men should never answer truthfully.  This single dad's insights come from my own painful experiences as well as the experiences of my married friends.  Having been in several committed relationships over the course of my life and having suffered many cold nights in the home front Siberia known as 'the couch' this list has been birthed out of my suffering and pain.  Read, learn, enjoy......
